Come join Swinny & Eddie Masters for a run down this years Steel City track.
Such an amazing event without doubt the biggest crowd & riders to date! A superb event put on by all involved.
Huge thanks to Nick Hamilton, Henry Norman, Steve Hardcastle & not to forget Steve Peat for all there hard work put into the biggest little event of the year.
Here’s to next year!
Swin’s adventure for the year have begun, keep up to date with all he gets up to right here on TiS!
The first instalment in a new series of edits has landed & ready for your viewing pleasure.
So, Abi has commandeered my computer again and written about a recent trip she organised to a fairly local BMX track. Cycling can be enjoyed on a variety of wheel sizes (although, 26″ is definitely the most fun) and many useful skills can be transferred from one type of riding to the next. It can sometimes be surprising how many girls are out there who can be rallied together for a ride so it’s always worth getting the word out there. I was sacked from photography duties this time as my phone clearly wasn’t up to the job for the Parkwood Springs coaching session so all photos are kindly provided by Chris Ratcliff. Take it away, Abi!:
Marco Wood-Bonelli and Oscar and Jake Monk are a real force to be reckoned with. Super stoked on riding everything all the time its been a pleasure to watch them all become great bike riders. They’re always manualing and jumping everything in sight. When they turn up to mate’s races they are generally not last despite being only
16 15 and 17 years old.
In this edit Marco wields the camera as the Monks rip up many of Sheffield’s riding destinations, can you name them all?
I’ve spouted on before about how good Jacks Birthday dual was. As proof, JoBo was at hand that day with his pan and zoom machine to capture the action for This is Peaty.
The results he published yesterday and I think he’s captured the magic very well. Enjoy!
